We’re so excited to have you join us! We ask that all first time clients arrive 5-minutes early to receive a full introduction to the reformer.
If you run late, it is up to your discretion if you would like to join but the instructor is not able to provide an introduction once class has begun.

PRENATAL CLIENTS:
At this time, we do not allow prenatal clients to join regular Group Reformer Classes.
We are working to introduce specific pre/post natal classes soon that will be a one-time requirement before joining our regular Group Reformer classes, but can also be attended regularly as a substitution. Stay tuned! :)
POSTNATAL CLIENTS:
If you are recently postpartum, please receive verbal permission from your doctor to return to physical exercise before joining our Group Reformer classes again.
If you are experiencing any postnatal conditions, we highly suggest waiting for our pre/post natal classes to be offered to receive more personalized modifications before joining group reformer classes.
-
If you have any injury or specific condition that requires modifications, you MUST receive verbal permission from a doctor allowing physical exercise prior to attending Group Reformer classes. If physical exercise is allowed but with certain modifications, these must be provided by a doctor and you must notify your instructor of these PRIOR to the start of class.
Please note that instructors are NOT medical professionals and cannot advise on injuries/conditions, but rather offer you alternative movements that are consistent with your doctor's guidelines.
