While we encourage everyone to challenge themselves physically, we equally prioritize an atmosphere of relaxation and calm. This means you have the freedom to listen to your body β know when to push out of your comfort zone and when to take it easy. Itβs a balance of strength and serenity, and both have their place in our studio.
