In the mat studio, we are not able to let in clients who arrive after our opening stretches (3-4 minutes into class start).
In the reformer studio, we are able to accommodate later arrivals.
-
Grippy socks help ensure your safety on the reformer as they give you better traction. They are also a more hygienic option than being barefoot. Lastly, they will keep you warm on our concrete floors.
We sell grippy socks for $12 if would like to purchase in the studio — warm, cute & safe!
-
We’re so excited to have you join us! We ask that all first time clients arrive 5-minutes early to receive a full introduction to the reformer.
If you run late, it is up to your discretion if you would like to join but the instructor is not able to provide an introduction once class has begun.

PRENATAL CLIENTS:
To continue practicing Pilates during pregnancy, you must have attended at least 6 classes at our studio prior to becoming pregnant.
The next steps are as follows:
Obtain approval from your doctor confirming that Pilates is a safe option for you during pregnancy.
Schedule and complete a 1-on-1 session to review prenatal modifications before returning to group classes.
After completing your private session, you may join All-Levels or Foundations classes with Julia only.
Please note: Advanced and Jumpboard classes are not permitted during pregnancy.
POSTNATAL CLIENTS:
If you are recently postpartum (less than 6 months), you must first receive permission from your doctor to start pilates before joining our Group Reformer classes again (Foundations or All-Levels, but not Advanced).
If you are experiencing any postnatal conditions or if you are recently postpartum (less than 6 months), we highly suggest booking a 1on1 session to learn modifications that are recommended for you before joining a group reformer class. This postnatal 1on1 session can be scheduled by reaching out via email, and is at the same cost as a group reformer class ($40).
All-levels or Foundations class are highly recommended first, before getting into a Jumpboard or Advanced class.
-
If you have any injury or specific condition that requires modifications, you MUST receive verbal permission from a doctor allowing physical exercise prior to attending Group Reformer classes. If physical exercise is allowed but with certain modifications, these must be provided by a doctor and you must notify your instructor of these PRIOR to the start of class.
Please note that instructors are NOT medical professionals and cannot advise on injuries/conditions, but rather offer you alternative movements that are consistent with your doctor's guidelines.
